Semi-hard organic pasteurised cow’s milk cheese refined in organic Raboso red wine and marc. Min. 4 months ageing.

The vinous notes immediately stand out, accentuated by the presence of the pomace (marc).

It is perfectly balanced with the spicy part, with a surprising hint of pepper. Fruity aromas with cherry overtones.

Enjoy with a glass of well-structured red wine.
