Soft blue, pasteurised cow’s milk cheese refined with Raboso Passito IGT (red dessert wine) and topped with Canadian Cranberries. Min. 2 months ageing.

Its creaminess fills the mouth with the delicate enjoyable flavour of the blue veins in perfect harmony with the dessert wine.

Perfect after a meal with Port , on a risotto or on a steak.
