The cheddar is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months, at which point we select the very best cheese to be made into one of our award-winning truckles, which are smoked for up to 10 hours to give the cheddar a rich depth of flavour with a smooth texture.
Delicious on its own or as part of the perfect cheeseboard, Godminster Oak-Smoked Vintage Organic Cheddar is also a versatile ingredient in many showstopping recipes – we love it on a burger!
