The Ashmore Cheese is hand made from a traditional recipe at the newly refurbished site that was Dargate Dairy at Lamberhurst Farm, Dargate by the cheesemakers; Jane Bowyer, Teresa and her merry band of "blessed cheesemakers"! It is an Award-winning, Cheddar style cheese with a natural rind. Matured for at least 6 months.
