WILD ORCHARD SERIES #1 PINOT NOIR SAISON 6.2% ABV 750ML

This beer is part of a series of collaborations between All Day Brewing Company and Ampersand Brewing Company, two Norfolk breweries who are interested in wild fermentations. Ampersand are based at Camp Hill Farm, along with Flint, a premier Norfolk vinyard. The idea was to collect wild yeast from the vinyard, plus wild yeast from our 20 acre organic orchard, and then create a series of beers using different combinations of the yeasts, different (but similar) grists from Norfolk malts, farm growm Norfolk hops, and wine barrels from Flint. This is the first of the series! It’s been aged in Pinot Noir barrels. It’s a sharing bottle - It’s very nice!
