PURPLE HAZE 5.4% ABV - Barrel Aged with Blackberries 750ML

One of All Day’s adventurous blended beers. The usual - our own hops, borehole water, Norfolk malt, House yeast strain. Three of our barrel aged beers were blended after being aged for a minimum of nine months. 10kg of fresh Norfolk Blackberries were then added to the final 225 litre barrel to balance the puckering sourness with a juicy fruity finish.

Ingredients: Norfolk spring water; BARLEY; WHEAT; RYE; Norfolk grown hops (Fuggles, Saaz).
